I am a central Florida native, growing up here and seeing all the growth over the years.  I started my career as a volunteer, then full time fire fighter, paramedic for Orange County Fire Rescue.  I also developed and maintained a successful sign shop, Shiver Outdoor Advertising, which I have owned from 1979 to present day.

I began my real estate career in 2001.  I have helped several people buy and sell property over the years.  I strive to be honest and truthful with every transaction.

I have been with Exit Real Estate Results since September of 2005.  I feel that I am with the BEST company in the business, under the leadership of Janice Petteway, Exit Corporation's broker of the year 2007 and Trevor Olson.

I currently serve as the President of the Zellwood Community Center, a non profit, self supporting organization serving the people of Zellwood. I also Chair the Zellwood Elementary School's Student Advisory Council.
